How licensing works

Every framework is licensed, not sold.

A license grants defined rights to use a specific framework for a specific purpose, under a signed agreement, with attribution.

FeeFree, under a signed agreement with defined scope limits and an upgrade path if use expands.

GrantsGrants the right to reference and cite a framework for non-commercial academic, research, or educational use.

Tier 2

GrantsGrants defined commercial use rights for the named framework.

Tier 3

Fee$25,000 to $75,000 per year, with negotiated equity arrangements available in place of fee for select partners.

Tier 4

Enterprise and Institutional

For government bodies, major institutions, law firms, and enterprises requiring multi-framework or custom arrangements.

FeeBy negotiation.

GrantsGrants tailored, institutional terms.

How a license is granted

An inquiry comes in through the form.

A proposal is prepared for the specific framework, use, and tier.

On agreement, a license agreement is executed and the fee is paid in full.

The framework document is delivered on execution and payment, with an annual compliance summary thereafter.

Agreements are prepared to professional standard and reviewed by counsel before execution.
